Thrivent Action Team Project
In response to the flooding disasters in Southern OH and surrounding states in late summer/early fall 2026, FELC had a Stuff the Truck Event. Items were collected for "flood buckets" for NALC Disaster relief. FELC had an extremely generous response and was able to supply almost an entire trailer full of flood bucket cleaning supplies, which were taken directly by NALC disaster relief to those in need in Southern Ohio. A Thrivent Action Team also helped with the project- thank you to Thrivent! THANK YOU to all who helped in any way to make this drive such a success!!! And please continue to pray for those who have been hit hard by the floods this year.

Our evangelism and fellowship ministry participated in multiple Marysville Uptown Friday Night events this summer (2026) These pictures are from the Uptown Friday Marysville event, Friday 09-11-26. At the booth we offered activities for children (Plinko and a putting green). We offered candy to all who tried the games. There were also a variety of brochures on our display table regarding our church and its beliefs. We also served many bottles of water to thirsty people as we spread the Good News of the Gospel!

Vacation Bible School was a great success for 2026! The kids had a wonderful time as they "boarded the John 3:16 'airline'" with this year's theme of "Passport for Jesus. They had a great week learning about Jesus and how to walk with their faith in every day life. To conclude the week on Friday, they went to the uptown Marysville event to hand out light sticks and spread the Light of Christ to others! Thanks to all the volunteers who made this Christian education experience possible and fun for our youth!

Mary & Martha hosted their annual Ice Cream Social on Sunday June 28, 2026. A free will offering was collected to benefit MAM's many service projects throughout the year at FELC. Everyone enjoyed a sweet treat on a hot day! Thank you MAM for all your work and service at FELC!!!

Thanks to the FELC congregation, MAM and Thrivent Financial Action Team dollars generous support of the food drive for Richwood Emergency Assistance Program. We had a four car caravan to Richwood to deliver the over 500 food items. They had volunteers ready to help unload the cars and were stocking shelves while we were there. They were most appreciative of this food to help care for those in need in their area. Again, thank you all for helping to feed the hungry.

A HUGE THANK YOU to the FELC Congregation for their support of the NALC Disaster Response Drive! We delivered 49 completed Health Kits , along with several extra boxes of supplies, gift cards, and cash donations to Grace Lutheran Church in Westerville on Saturday Sept 13. Their volunteers were delighted at the donation from FELC!
A special thank you to our MAM ladies who helped organize, shop and pack the health kits and supplies. THANK YOU MAM for all your help to make this drive so successful!
